Heather Honey
AnaeRaw forest honey, not pasteurized. Handcrafted packaged.
The bees do not produce this honey from the nectar of flowers, but from a myelate exuded by oaks, cork oaks and oaks. Its color is very dark, its aroma is toasted and it is less sweet than the rest of the honeys, with salty touches.
Heather honey produced from the nectar of heather (Erica spp). Amber in color with reddish tones.
Its aroma is intense and reminiscent of autumn. Its flavor is not very sweet as it happens with the rest of the honeys

Raw forest honey, with a toasted aroma and is less sweet than other honeys. It has a high content of mineral salts, especially iron.
